We believe it is important to seek the views of our stakeholders when reviewing key policies and documents.  
 

CONSULTATION: Admissions Arrangements for September 2026-27

All schools have an admission authority which is responsible for admissions to that school and must act in accordance with the School Admissions Code 2021 (‘the Code’), the School Admission Appeals Code 2022, other laws relating to admissions and the relevant human rights and equalities legislation.

The admission authority for Humphry Davy School is the governing body.

A school’s admission arrangements must be determined by the admission authority annually.

The arrangements must be consulted on each time a change is proposed or every seven years if no changes are made. 

We are currently consulting with stakeholders regarding our Admission Arrangements for September 2026.  The proposed arrangements can be found below.
